I would suggest some old school stuff like Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand, and on a political theory level, Thomas Sowell wrote a classic about why and what the two basic views or “visions” people have through which they view their world.
These vision he traces back to the constitution and the extraordinary compromises that were made between those visions to come up with the document we hold dear.
” A Conflict of Visions” by Thomas Sowell. It is an older book and you can find good used paper back copies on Amazon or Barnes and Nobel.
Another as far as organizing people goes, that Newt Gingrich praises is a classic. Not about politics but running companies which he said influenced him greatly.
It’s short but I find it really helpful in forming working relationships with people.
“The Effective Executive” by Peter F. Drucker, used copies of this are available too.

I have read both the Difference maker, and the Magic of Thinking Big; both good reads!
